We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to build and grow the product portifolio for ETQ 's Software as a Service (Saas) product lines. If you are a driven individual that is able to combine creative, industry-leading concepts with a technical delivery of SaaS, then this is the job for you! You will work with the SaaS team to help drive innovation on our SaaS product lines, bringing new concepts and technologies to market, while improving the overall customer experience for our SaaS market.
The Product Manager for SaaS Solutions is a person who not only is able to communicate their expertise in industry-leading best practices in Software as a Service and Subscription-based solutions, but is also is able to lead by example and execute on driving innovation to grow the product.
In short, we're looking for people who will get stuff done, and think outside the box to drive growth in SaaS products.
You'll work closely with various groups, including Product Management, Creative Services and Sales, to develop, leverage, assess and refine messaging, product enhancements, overall delivery improvements, and drive innovative development efforts, ultimately delivering a solution that enables our company to drive continued double-digit revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Help lead and support the entire SaaS teams with market data, messaging, product enhancements and overall expertise.
• Write original content and build a story to target various markets to SaaS products
• Convert business, tactical and strategic objectives into a cohesive story that maps to a comprehensive product offering
• Provide thought leadership on webinars, white papers, infographics, videos, blog posts, e-books and case studies; work closely with marketing and sales on providing the right story
• Collaborate with Learning, services, support and development to enhance the product, the product offering, and drive continuous improvement to make the products competitive, and eventually leaders in the market.
• Work closely with Sales and Market Engagement teams to leverage content assets to drive engagement through various marketing channels
Qualifications
• BA/BS required
• 3-5 years minimum of work experience, preference given to B2B SaaS Solutions experience and launching subscription-based solutions
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for SaaS solutions
• Capable of developing highly effective, targeted plans for building a roadmap for functional requirements, and service-based delivery of SaaS solutions for a variety of audiences and market channels
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and focus on quality output
• Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
• Ability to provide a strong, diverse portfolio of experience in SaaS
• Ability to travel 10-20%
• Experience with Video production tools a plus
• Experience with UserVoice a plus
• Experience with HubSpot a plus
