As a leading member of the Nexxus Performance product management team, you will be driving fantastic product innovation within our cloud based BI platform and mobile applications. This person will be responsible for understanding healthcare marketing and sales operations across product management and product marketing. As a lead product manager you will be driving the research, planning, requirements gathering, and market launch needs.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales on market value and product positioning
- Collaborate with the product development team on specification design and acceptance testing
With a specific focus on our BI capabilities in the areas of:
- Mobile Reporting & analytics requirements for the measurement of success (Dashboards, KPIs, Analytics)
- Healthcare data available thru multiple channels including IMS, non-IMS and client specific data such as Doctor, hospital & patient, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Payer, and Healthcare Provider.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize, document, build, and evangelize new BI solutions across product development and implementation teams
- Work with business teams to understand and document requirements completely and accurately
- Plan and execute product deployments, including technical and business components
- Ensure all required system and user documentation is created accurately for both internal and external use
- Communicate fluently internally and externally with customers, development, and management. Both orally and in writing.
- Provide product capability expertise within Healthcare data usage and reporting both internally and externally to customers at events like conferences, seminars, and user groups
Requirements
- 5+ years project & product management methodology experience with models like PMI, Agile, and Pragmatic Marketing
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related business degree and/or equivalent experience in product management / business systems analysis
- Highly Desirable: Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or general Healthcare regulated marketing
- Highly Desirable: Experience with software platforms and technologies: Mobile platforms, BI Tools, CRM, Relationship Marketing, Sales Force Automation, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation, Lead Management, etc.
