The PMM is responsible for owning the software class of trade (COT), which includes Enovate Medical’s fleet management, patient vitals and telemedicine solutions. The PMM will be responsible for driving the HW COT’s success in the market. The PMM in consult with key colleagues in Sales, R&D, Finance and Senior LT will develop and drive the marketing strategy and tactics, product positioning, collateral development and field sales enablement tools and engage customers and KOLs to better understand unmet customer needs that can be addressed by Enovate Medical. The PMM will also establish KPIs to assess business performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the steward for the Software COT through the development and implementation of marketing plans that are aligned with corporate objectives and which clearly communicate strategies and tactics.
- Define market opportunities and initiatives and develop strategic rationale for new product development with other COT PMMs, R&D and Sales based upon solid market research with customers and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product launch and go-to-market plans to include, but not limited to, product forecasting, product/service value propositions, messaging to multiple customer segments, pricing, promotion, KPIs, marketing collateral, and sales/partner training,
- Work closely with Finance, Sales Operations etc.… to develop and monitor product dashboard metrics and provide Senior Leadership with COT performance and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Develop sales enablement tools including videos, presentations, whitepapers, datasheets and campaigns in consult with Marketing Communications, Director of Clinical Services and Field Advisory Board (FAB).
- Deliver sales training to SFO and external partners (distributors and VARs).
Minimal Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in healthcare information technology or medical software product marketing.
- Working knowledge of healthcare information technology and channel partner business models.
- Keen sense of urgency and willingness to roll up the sleeves and get things done
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships within & cross functionally. Leads and encourages healthy respectful debate. Publicly demonstrates positive, ethical respective behavior.
- Communicates consistently and enthusiastically to the field and to the company (waves the flag).
- Demonstrates the maturity and experience needed to manage projects and solve problems with minimal coaching.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to develop recommendations for a relatively complex issue. Can work with a team of functional experts to resolve issues and drive implementation of final recommendations.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information technology product marketing and/or sales.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA desirable
Working Conditions / Travel:
- Ability to travel up to 40%
