Job Description:
Boyd Technologies is hiring an Outside Sales/B2B Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and secure long term relationships in a designed sales territory, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, and Maryland. You will work closely with prospects and customers to determine their specific needs and goals and connect them to our value proposition in material sourcing and contract manufacturing services. You will formulate a territory plan and strategy to meet sales goals and manage a complex, consultative sales process from first contact to closing the order.

Please consider growing with us if you have:
At least five years’ experience with Outside B2B sales, specifically within contract manufacturing services;
Experience in flexible medical devices and understanding of the applicable quality and regulatory requirements;
A strong professional acumen, technical orientation, ability to convey and sell ideas;
Ability to travel nationally (up to 70%) and internationally for sales visits, industry conferences and trade shows
