Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical has welcomed Max Novak as project manager – Strategic Initiatives, to its Northborough, Mass., facility. Novak will work on supporting key vertical integration opportunities and expanding Trelleborg’s global manufacturing blueprint.
Novak previously worked for Nextern Innovation as a project manager and Value Stream manager and has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. He began his career in the Leadership Development Program with Eaton Corporation.
Novak earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial and systems engineering from Ohio State University and is currently pursuing na MBA with the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
