RenyMed, a vertically integrated molding and tooling supplier to the medical device industry, has added a dedicated Secondary Operations Center for medical component decorating, plus additional equipment and key employees at its ISO 13485 certified operation in Baldwin Park, California.
Growing
RenyMed has added 3 key employees to the team including new general manager, Stephane Gobron; molding manager, Oscar Aguyao; and senior engineer, Sneh Dhruv.
“We created 750 sq. ft. of new office space to accommodate our growing team,” said Steve Raiken, president of RenyMed. “We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our medical device customers.”
Secondary Operations
The Secondary Operations Center for component decorating is 500 sq. ft. and expands RenyMed’s value added services. Capabilities include laser marking (including Acetal materials), pad printing, sub-assembly, and other post molding operations.
Micro-Molding
RenyMed expands capabilities with precision Micro-Molding and the addition of a new 30 ton Sumitomo Micro-injection molding machine. Raiken added, “we have had precision micro machining for ten years and now have the capability for molding with 10-micron tolerance.”
