Vaupell is has recently made several new equipment purchases. Continuing to expand its service offerings, the company is committed to purchasing and maintaining the latest equipment available to ensure product success for its growing customer base worldwide. Their new Makino D200Z machining center offers extreme precision, tighter tolerances, and high-speed 5-axis machining for machining precise parts and mold tooling.
Vaupell welcomes their new AON-M2 Industrial 3D printer by AON3D. This high- temperature 3D printer is able to fabricate bigger, better, and higher-performance thermoplastics. It is ideal for PEEK, Ultem, and other aerospace-grade thermoplastics, and it minimizes part-warping and improves interlayer bonding. It is ideal for crucial need applications.
Additionally, Vaupell is excited about their six new Sumitomo Demag Electric Molding Machines which are installed in automated cells with new Wittmann robots and die heaters, Matsui dryers, and RJG E Dart systems ranging from 110 to 315 US tons.
“Each of these new technologies allows us to address industry demands to create solutions from prototyping through production for advanced manufactured components, devices, and assemblies. The end results for our customers are cost savings, better precision, quality, and repeatability, as well as an accelerated speed-to-market advantage,” commented Jim MacDonald, sales manager of Vaupell.
