New Heritage Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company EPTAM has acquired substantially all of the assets of Relius Medical, a Colorado Springs, Colo.-based provider of complex metals machining solutions to the medical device market. The acquisition will broaden EPTAM’s core capabilities, enabling the company to better serve its customers with a one-stop-shop solution for precision components. The combined company is being re-branded as EPTAM Precision.
Relius is a leading provider of precision components to the medical device market with a deep expertise in medical implants and external fixation clamps. Relius’ strong reputation for quality and delivery has earned the Company multi-decade relationships with some of the world’s leading medical device companies. Relius operates out of a state of the art 70,000 sq. ft. FDA registered, ISO 13485 facility in Colorado Springs, Colo.
