Natus Medical Incorporated has appointed Drew Davies as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective Oct. 1. Davies brings nearly 30 years of financial and operational expertise to Natus. Sharon Villaverde, who has served as interim CFO since July 11, will continue in her role as vice president of Finance.

Davies most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Extreme Networks. Prior to that he served as vice president and corporate controller at Marvell Semiconductor Inc. and previously served in senior level financial positions at several leading semiconductor companies. He has a master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University and a bachelor of science degree in business accounting from the University of Idaho.
