Under Nagowski’s leadership, the D2 team of specialists, which includes former Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) chief pharmacists and former legal counsel for the VA Procurement Policy Group, will collaborate to provide best-in-class federal market solutions and strategies.
Bridging her government and biotech careers, Nagowski most recently provided advisory support to pharmaceutical and medical device companies in preparation for federal market drug launch, pricing and contracting disclosure preparation, Federal Supply Schedule implementation, government program integration under M&A, and VA/DoD strategic plan development and implementation.
Prior to this, she managed national and regional payer contracting for Genentech, with primary responsibility for the federal segment. Her responsibilities included Federal Supply Schedule renewal and management for a large portfolio of products, therapeutic class review preparation, and supplemental contracting analysis and strategy development.
Early in her career, Nagowski negotiated high-visibility acquisitions for the DoD. As government contracting officer, she gained a detailed understanding of how to negotiate with and relate to customers in this unique segment.
