Rogan Molding Technologies has announced that Jim Ritzema has been appointed Rogan’s president and chief operating officer (COO). Ritzema, who has worked with the injection molder for more than 30 years, successively as engineering manager, director of operations, and director of new product development, will assume that role immediately.
As president, Ritzema will be guiding Rogan’s future growth as well as directing ongoing operations and maintaining current customer relationships. His expertise and long experience with Rogan’s capabilities and the plastics molding industry will play a large role in those efforts.
Rogan Corporation, doing business as Rogan Molding Technologies, operates with an ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ITAR, and FDA quality system and specializes in cutting-edge injection molding that often involves complex processes and close tolerances. Those processes include liquid silicone rubber molding (LSR), bondable liquid silicone overmolding, two-shot molding, insert molding and cleanroom molding.
