St. Paul, Minn.-based Minnetronix Inc. has added Mark Wagner to its board of directors. Wagner has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, most recently serving as president and CEO of Minnesota based Celleration Inc., until its acquisition by Alliqua in May. He continues to serve on Alliqua’s board of directors.
“Mark brings a wealth of valuable knowledge and insight from his substantial experience building and leading successful medical device companies,” said Rich Nazarian, president and CEO of Minnetronix. “He will be a great addition to our board.”
Prior to Celleration, Wagner co-founded and served as board chairman for Orasi Medical, a University of Minnesota spinout developing diagnostic tools for neurological diseases. Additionally, he served as president and CEO for both Reshape Medical and ProVation Medical, and as chairman and CEO of Survivalink. Wagner’s experience also includes a number of executive leadership positions at Nellcor Puritan Bennett. He began his career at GE Healthcare where he worked in marketing, business development and finance.

In addition to completing executive leadership and corporate training programs, Wagner earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
