She replaces Guy Childs, who is moving to a new role within the company as vice president overseeing treasury, investor relations and financial planning. In her new role, McMahan will report directly to President and CEO Scott Drake.
McMahan has more than 25 years of finance leadership experience, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance with responsibility for global, treasury, tax, internal audit, and decision support groups of high-profile public companies.
