Dallas, Texas-based health IT company Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc., has named Jeff Robertson as its new chief financial officer (CFO). In his new position, Robertson will be responsible for leading the company’s financial and accounting operations on a global basis. He succeeds Mark Falkenberg. Falkenberg, who has chosen to pursue opportunities outside of Anthelio, will remain with the company through the end of August working closely with Jeff to ensure a seamless transition.
Robertson has over 32 years of experience in large and mid-size companies. Most recently, he was senior vice president at The Brock Group, where his responsibilities included managing and logistics for $350 million of assets. He has also served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer for Safety-Kleen, a provider of oil refining and recycling with revenues of over $1.3 billion.
“Jeff’s extensive background and record of driving business growth makes him a perfect fit for Anthelio, especially as the company is focused on emphasizing end-to-end productized technology solutions and new products for the healthcare industry,” said Asif Ahmad, CEO of Anthelio Healthcare Solutions.
“I am very excited about joining the Anthelio team. The company is well positioned and has made significant strides to address the healthcare industry needs. I am looking forward to contributing to the company’s continued success,” said Robertson.
Robertson earned his bachelor of business administration in accounting from Texas Tech University and is a certified public accountant. In 2011, he was selected as chief accounting officer of the year by DCEO Magazine.
“These are exciting times at Anthelio as we are rebranding activities that focus on our principal mission of driving sustained value to our customers while revolutionizing today’s healthcare industry concerns,” said Ahmad. “Jeff will be instrumental in helping Anthelio pursue long term strategic growth opportunities and continue to improve our operating and financial efficiency. I am proud to have Jeff join our team.”
Robertson’s appointment comes soon after the hiring of another executive, Suresh Ramani, as Chief Technology Officer. The company also recently launched CodeGenie, a physician documentation feedback solution.
