Millstone Medical Outsourcing has named Karl Neuberger vice president of operations of its Memphis, Tenn., facility.

“Karl is a veteran operations professional,” said Chris Ramsden, CEO. “We are excited to have his experience and expertise in place as we grow to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.”

Neuberger will have overall responsibility for managing the facility, running programs and ensuring efficient loaner kit processing and distribution. Throughout his career, Neuberger he has been in charge of problem solving, strategic planning, inventory management and materials purchasing and direction of personnel. As the company’s Memphis facility grows Neuberger is expected to scale operations to meet customer demands, according to Millstone’s leadership.

“At Millstone, we are committed to continuous improvement, and I am confident that Karl will help us maintain and then exceed the high level of quality with which we operate in Memphis,” Ramsden said.

Neuberger has a master’s degree in business administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. For the past 15 years, he has served in a variety of executive capacities, including as CEO, president and chief operations officer for a range of companies.

Millstone Medical Outsourcing is headquartered in Fall River, Mass.
