The Associate Account Manager position is an entry level developmental position charged with learning the internal process for handling and completing critical paperwork as well as learning and incorporating the sales process. This position will apply these skills to existing customers by expanding the utilization or positioning our products and services to customers unfamiliar with Medco. This is an entry level position that includes an extensive training program which allows applicants with little to no experience to be considered. The Associate Account Manager will be trained to fully understand the outside position from the inside out. This extensive training program is designed to feed our open and expanding opportunities in the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with staff and leaders to develop sales programs that promote product sales to our existing customer base
- Work directly with our staff and leaders to develop Sales Plans to expose new potential customers to our products and services (cold calls)
- Work within each of the departments inside the Home Office to understand and learn how each department works.
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Special Projects participation
- Participate fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
