Integrated Endoscopy has launched two new versions of its flagship product, the NUVIS Single-Use Arthroscope, making the technology accessible to surgeons using a variety of arthroscopic surgical platforms.
NUVIS is now the only 4k cordless arthroscope that is universally compatible with the vast majority of cannulas currently on the market, according to the company.
“Being able to offer surgeons the flexibility of three versions of NUVIS provides yet another reason why NUVIS will become the standard of care, and is a significant milestone for our company,” Integrated Endoscopy CEO Brad Sharp said. “With NUVIS, we are able to eliminate operating room downtime associated with scopes coming back late, damaged or that get dropped during the case. For surgeons, NUVIS also provides outstanding image quality case after case, whereas metal scopes degrade rapidly with use.”
Integrated Endoscopy’s NUVIS single-use, 4K, cordless arthroscope is cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, CE marked, and registered in numerous markets worldwide. As manufacturing capacity increases, the company will continue to expand its global distribution network.
Irvine, Calif.-based Integrated Endoscopy develops high-quality, low-cost single-use endoscopes. Its NUVIS Single-Use Arthroscope technology delivers 4K optics in a single-use device. The company is actively developing a range of wireless products for endoscopy, promising next-generation wireless technology. Integrated Endoscopy is focused on eliminating unnecessary hardware, fibers, cords, and cables to improve surgeon ergonomics while saving money.
