Done., a mental health platform for high-impact specialty care and chronic-care management, has unveiled Future Health as its parent brand.
Future Health aims to build additional high-quality, specialty-care platforms and brands to address a wide range of mental health conditions.
“With a focus on empowering mental health providers and specialty care, including Done. and other initiatives, we’re poised to navigate this exciting new chapter together and make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare,” the company said as part of a leadership announcement.
“Fundamentally, we believe this new parent-brand structure allows for efficient management scale, as we can run brands independently with dedicated leadership and laser focus. This new parent brand structure also allows founder Ruthia He to concentrate on innovation and the creation of groundbreaking technologies.”
As part of its charter to combat mental health challenges everywhere and ensure no patient is left behind, Future Health estimates a significant increase in treatment response rate, up to 34%, and a cost saving of over $3,040 per patient and payor per year based on industry-average data. Furthermore, patients report saving more than 11 hours per year with more efficient care and an 83% increase in overall efficiency in chronic care management.
“We hope to create a future where mental health care is truly democratized, empowering individuals to prioritize their mental well-being without barriers or stigma,” David Brody, M.D., Clinical President, Done. Health, PC.
Since its founding in 2020, Done. has committed to provide high-impact specialty care and digital chronic-care management for low-acuity conditions like ADHD. The launch of Future Health marks a turning point in expanding access and opportunity for members to tackle mental health challenges on their own terms. Hybrid care is defined as a blend of in-person with virtual coverage to provide access to suitable options for the member and provider to achieve the greatest clinical outcomes possible.
Future Health achieves this through a platform that facilitates a "direct" and collaborative care model. This model uses technology to combine a virtual-care offering with high-touch in-person care through independent psychiatric consultations at dozens of physical offices, partner clinician in-person consultations, and trusted provider referrals to maximize access to the best care available.
In addition to driving clinical effectiveness, Future Health addresses the significant access gap for mental health care in the United States. Psychiatric conditions affect all populations, yet 60% of U.S. counties and 80% of U.S. rural counties face challenges such as limited availability of psychiatrists, transportation difficulties, and the inability to leave home due to mental illness. Future Health brings hope to Americans nationwide by connecting patients in 37 states with licensed psychiatric providers. They have established more than 50 in-person offices across the country, with plans for further expansion, in support of their hybrid care model.
Done. was started because there was a lack of access to qualified providers within communities; Future Health remains committed to fulfilling and expanding this mission to tackle the global mental health crisis.

Making an Impact on the Future of Healthcare
Future Health’s evidence-based platform equips providers with the right tools and techniques to enhance the quality, accessibility, and outcomes of mental health care. The parent brand encompasses a collection of specialized brands for mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, and more.
