The Performance Review Institute (PRI) is aiming to improve the supplier audit management experience via a new app.
The new PRI EAN Supplier App will be used by almost 4,600 suppliers that are accredited to the various industry-managed programs administered by PRI, including the MedAccred, Nadcap, and TPG (Transportation and Power Generation) programs, helping them to organize more than 7,400 audits conducted by PRI each year.
Developed in partnership with suppliers and following successful beta tests, the new app provides improved user access, a simplified layout for navigation and enhanced security. The EAN Supplier App is focused on audit management, and has a more modern and standardized feel, making it easier to use. This reimagined experience has replaced the legacy system and represents a useful addition to the overall efficiency of PRI industry managed programs.
“PRI is always looking to improve the service we provide to our customers," PRI Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jay Solomond said. "The EAN Supplier App provides an improved experience for suppliers within our industry-managed programs, enabling users to find the information they are looking for, and to complete tasks more quickly and efficiently. The app increases the value of our operations and builds on our ‘next generation’ approach, enabling PRI and our customers to achieve further progress, together.”
Suppliers can access the app here.
