Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical has hired Zach Worthington as operations excellence manager based in St. Louis Park, Minn.
In this role, Worthington will implement Trelleborg Group Excellence programs across all Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical global manufacturing sites, in collaboration with the site Manufacturing Excellence Leaders.

Zach will further strengthen and harmonize Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical’s approach to continuous improvement,” said Daniel Diffenderfer, director of Strategic Initiatives for Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical.
Worthington was formally trained in the Toyota Production System methodology while working for Toyota, achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ, and is on track to complete his Black Belt certification later this year. Most recently, Worthington served as quality manager for Donaldson in Baldwin, Wis. He earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Iowa State University.
