Millstone Medical has beefed up its leadership team, appointing James Dwyer as vice president of technical operations and Janet Moy as vice president of human resources.
Dwyer previously served as director of technical services at Mangar, where he implemented LEAN, DFM and DFSS methodologies. Prior to Mangar, he was a packaging design and development manager at C.R. Bard and principal engineer of packaging at Synthes-Anspach, a division of Johnson and Johnson, where he implemented ISO 11607, LEAN and Six Sigma for packaging processes.
Moy previously served as director of human resources at Navin Haffty and Associates, a consultant firm focused solely on providing solutions to the meditech market. Prior to Navin Haffty, she was global vice president of human resources at Averion International, a clinical research organization providing professional services for global clinical trials of medical products. Moy's experience includes LEAN and ERP implementations, and developing employee training and comprehensive performance management programs.
