Albright Technologies Inc. has undergone a corporate restructuring to better accommodate the needs of the silicone molding market.
The company has added two new positions -- an Operations director and Sales & Marketing director. Matthew Bont has been promoted from quality manager and senior project engineer positions to Operations director. Bont has been with Albright for seven years and has a strong understanding of the silicone market, executives noted in a brief news release.
“Promoting Matthew Bont to director of Operations will enhance our business in terms of production scheduling, implementation of new technologies, and the creation of new procedures and policies for day to day operations,” Albright President/Founder David Comeau said.
Ryan Taylor has been promoted from business development specialist to Sales & Marketing director. “Ryan’s years of field sales, sales management and internet marketing experience at his previous employ make him an excellent choice to be our director of Sales & Marketing,” Comeau added.
Comeau has come out of retirement to lead the organization, developing a clear path forward for Albright and formulating a strategy of continuous and aggressive growth. “I’m pleased to be back at Albright, I have many ideas to enhance our business, and a great team to implement them,” he said.
In addition to its restructuring, Albright also has launched a new website, Albright1.com. The website was designed using the latest WordPress technology to create a site that is compatible with current browsers and mobile devices to enhance the user experience through streamlined content, videos, photographs and refined menu options. In addition, visitors can select social media links to share content. Albright1.com also provides visitors with product and service information about the company’s silicone prototyping and low-volume production molding solutions.
“The launch of our new website enhances our visitors’ user experience,” Taylor said. “We anticipate that our web visitors will rapidly find the content that they require with our new site.”
Albright Technologies manufactures prototype and low volume production silicone components for medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, military, industrial and consumer applications. The Leominster, Mass.-based company is ISO 13485 certified and molds components for medical applications in its ISO 7 hard-walled clean room.
