Cantel Medical Corp. has promoted Jorgen Hansen, executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO), to president and COO. Hansen joined Cantel in November 2012. Andrew Krakauer will remain CEO.
The Little Falls, N.J.-based firm company also made other executive changes.
The board appointed Eric Nodiff, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary to executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, and bumped up Craig Sheldon from senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer to executive vice president in addition to his other roles. In addition, Steven Anaya, vice president and controller was named senior vice president and chief accounting officer.

Cantel Medical makes infection prevention and control products such as specialized medical device reprocessing systems for endoscopy and renal dialysis, advanced water purification equipment, sterilants, disinfectants and cleaners, sterility assurance monitoring products for hospitals and dental clinics, disposable infection control products primarily for dental and GI endoscopy markets, dialysate concentrates, hollow fiber membrane filtration and separation products, and specialty packaging for infectious and biological specimens.
